“That which brings benefit to life.”

Thai Massage

A fully-clothed massage, performed on a mat, combining elements of yoga-like stretching, acupressure, and energy healing - like a wave of one-thousand palms. This slow, flowing, rhythmic massage is both relaxing & inspiring. Perfect for increasing range of motion & athletic performance.

Table Thai is available, upon request.

Therapeutic Bodywork

A table-based, symptom-focused massage, combining all available techniques, to minimize your symptoms & provide lasting relief.

90 min service is recommended.

Multiple sessions may be necessary to work with chronic conditions. Massage is not a replacement for advanced medical care.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage” is not a modality. It is a framework, structured around an athletes training & competition schedule, to best support their performance goals. Sports massage may appear as any modality — In-Season vs Out-of-Season.

Sports Massage improves athletic performance, reduces the risk of injury, & accelerates recovery, making it an essential component of any athlete's training regimen.

Swedish / Deep Tissue

An oil-based service integrating long, gliding strokes to encourage circulation, decrease muscle stress, & relax the nervous system. More pressure or “deeper” work does not inherently mean “better” or “more effective.” We aim to work at a comfortable, tolerable “depth,” to stimulate parasympathetic, relaxing experiences.

For specific work, 90 min service is recommended.

Thai Fusion (2 hour)

Combine one hour of table or mat Thai Massage, with one hour of Swedish/Deep Tissue. An experience blending flowing rhythm & movements, with deep breathing, relaxing, gliding strokes.

Mobile Massage

 Benefits

  • Many clients come to seek relief from chronic stress, limited joint mobility, headaches, muscle spasms, and dull, achy pains. Leaving, clients may have reduced symptoms and the skills to breathe effectively, stretch efficiently, safely perform a variety of self-care techniques.

Although there is no replacing the knowledge and skill of a seasoned professional, their techniques aren’t magic. Learning basic massage principles & self-care techniques may give you the confidence to help yourself feel better, longer.

  • Recovery is equally as important as training to an athlete. Stay on top of injury-prevention, with stretching & massage services to manage stress, reduce soreness, improve range of motion, & enhance proprioception.

Massage services for an athlete, “Sports Massage” is not a specific technique, it is a framework of how to approach one who is competing. An athlete that is in-season will have different needs than one who is out-of-season. Make sure to talk to your therapist about your training regimen & competition schedule, to get the most out of our services.

  • As we work together, you may find that you become more capable of recognizing stress in your body and the chronic positions that exacerbate it. Are you leaning over your computer, with your toes tucked under your chair, and tension in your neck, between the shoulders? Looking at your phone, do you always hold it in the same hand, looking down and slightly to the side? When you notice discomfort, actually take note of where you feel it. Now is the best time to take action to feel comfortable.

  • Stress manifests in the body a number of ways - mental, physical, spiritual. Learning to recognize the factors that effect how you are feeling is essential in managing daily stress. Through working with & understanding the physical stresses that affect you today, we teach & encourage you to effectively manage stress, to feel better tomorrow. How many times have you said “I hold stress here, pointing between you shoulders, grasping the base of your neck. Many live with this cumulative stress, feeling anxious, and tense. You don’t have to.

  • Give yourself permission to rest, relax, to take a breath. It’s okay to slow down. Let your shoulders settle away from you ears. Smile. It is not the therapist’s job to “make you relax.” Rather, it is our job to assist & encourage your innate ability to relax.

Breathing in — I am aware of the tension in my body. Breathing out — I am comfortable and relaxed.

  • I’ve had many sessions with David, each one with undeniable results! He is an absolute expert in his field, knows exactly what to do, and his energy is super pleasant, positive, and peaceful. Always a good experience, and definitely recommended!

  • David is the best massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. His Thai massage left me feeling transformed—more light, optimistic, energized, spiritually connected, fit, empowered and infused with a can-do spirit. I had the posture of a super model and could take on the world. While David is my nephew, I can say with full confidence that it would be hard to find a better massage therapist.

    Laura L. - Massage Client

  • David is a terribly friendly and knowledgeable person. As a fellow therapist, I can attest to the care and consideration he puts into every session. One of my favorite therapists of all time, not to mention the double whammy of a yoga instructor (which is pretty cool)! Check out his work, I think you'll love it.

Christopher H, NMT - Massage Client

  • I was very impressed with David's extensive knowledge about anatomy and the functions and movement of muscle groups. As a weight lifter, it was refreshing to book a session with a massage therapist who has experience working on athletes and takes the time to discuss exactly what the problem areas are. I had sustained an injury to my knee. I was in excruciating pain, was not able to walk without a limp. I was pleased that once I contacted him he came to me with a professional mobile set up. After working on my problem leg, I was able to walk straight and the pain subsided significantly over the next few days. I would highly recommend his services if you want to work with a massage therapist where there isn't any guess work on whether it will be worth your money. It is

  • David introduced me to my first Thai massage experience. Can I just say Wow. If you have not had a Thai massage by David;it is a must add to the bucket list. The only part that made me sad is that I was not been introduced sooner.

Stephen H. - Thai Massage Client

  • I’ve received many Thai massage while in Thailand, and as a fellow massage therapist, I highly recommend David for his knowledge and technique. So far the best work I’ve gotten on my QLs! And who doesn’t love assisted stretching? Great session, will be back!

Samantha K, LMT - Nuad Thai Massage Student & Client

  • I didn't realize everything involved in Thai massage. It seems to incorporate energy points, acupressure, myofascial release, and yoga all in one. David is proficient in all these modalities and manages to combine them to create a personalized treatment for his clients. Highly recommended, an excellent therapeutic service from a knowledgeable professional. Thanks

Brett R. - Thai Massage Client

  • I had a few massages of David a few months ago, which I really enjoyed. He was very technical in his approach and it is very clear that he is a knowledgeable, effective and competent therapist. I highly recommend him :-)

    Eva N, LMT - Client

  • David is no joke! I received a deep tissue massage from him after trying every other form of intervention for my shoulder pain and felt relief almost instantly. David is a dedicated, well-versed and extremely knowledgeable practitioner who lives and breathes his practice of massage. Even when he is in a casual setting with friends he is speaking of massage therapy. David embodies everything you would want in a massage therapist bringing peace, calm and knowledge about your own body in ways that only an experienced practitioner could. I highly recommend him to anyone who is dealing with chronic pain and tension.

    Amanda B. - Massage Client.

  • I have received massages from David since before he started his business and he has grown exponentially since then. He is very focused and dedicated to his practice. He has had a lot of education in the field but is open minded and constantly interested in learning. The supplemental education he does and time he spends practicing outside of business to hone his craft is impressive to me. He is very thoughtful and intentional, asking a lot of specific questions about how you are feeling and what kind experience you would like to have. If you would like someone who is interested in creating a plan with you to get you feeling better, whether you have a more stationary or active lifestyle (bc we all have aches and pains), he’s your guy. Plus, he’s very professional so I feel completely safe with him! You’ll be in good hands

    Shannon M - Massage Client

  • One of the best therapists I’ll ever see. I’ve had multiple issues for years in my body and he is so attentive and precise with his techniques, I’m always most refreshed soon after the session. His work lasts for weeks. I’m so grateful to have met him and his gentle but powerful nature, kind gesture and amazing, breath taking work. I give him 15/5!!! He goes beyond my expectations. He’s very good with palpating and finding the areas that bother me most, and he found areas I didn’t know was wrong at all! He has great touch and I feel 100% safe around him. Thank you David for your hard work and best energies. Will see for the rest of my life!!!

Roxy G, LMT - Massage Client

  • I've done Thai Massage and Yoga with David and not only have the massages helped improve my comfort and flexibility but I felt his strong healing energy he puts into his practice.
